[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: After attempts, the thumping/bang noise is still present, Matter of fact it happen Saturday, and today After the Jeep tech looked at it and claim that they could not find the problem it still is making the noiseWe attempted to trade it in to Apple with the Help of MrKing but because of a previous problem I had with my [redacted] and traded it in on the [redacted] , we had too much negative equity an the payments were more then what our mortgage used to be.The value given for trade in was $16,less then what we paid months agoThe noise is still there and we are stuck with itI am not going to continue to complain about this, it is getting me no whereI will seek another dealer to purchase my wife's car from that we were going to buy for her 3/6/birthday.I would never recommend Jeep to anyone and I am very did appointed in the was we were treated especially since the car is still under warrantyI am a very disappointed customer Regards, [redacted]

[redacted],Apple Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Hanover has advised [redacted] several times of the normal operation and characteristics of a 9-speed transmission. Our service depart has test driven and with the assistance of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) Technical Assistance Team (TAT)...

diagnosed [redacted] vehicle as normal operation. [redacted] previous vehicle was a 2012 Jeep [redacted] equipped with a continuous variable transmission, a CVT transmission can seamlessly change through a continuous range of effective gear ratios. A 9-speed transmission will change gears with a harsher shift and skip gears to maximize fuel economy up to 16% vs other transmissions. Apple has received several calls from FCA case management regarding [redacted] request to fix and or repair his vehicle. Apple has contacted our local FCA- Field Technical Service Advisor (FTSA) to inspect the vehicle, we are waiting for a response as to when this will happened.
