Terrible experience trying to change a reservation due to their 7 day cancellation policy! First, I tried calling for 2 days, I kept getting this number is no longer in service! I was getting ready to drive up there and see what was going on, before I left I gave the number one more try. Finally I received voicemail, I left a message that I needed to move my reservation to a different weekend. I received a call back stating my reservation cannot be cancelled or changed due to their 7 day policy! I was charged the entire rate! I contacted my CC company and they explained that due to this policy they would win the dispute! BEWARE!!! If you make a reservation at this less than customer-friendly establishment, you better not have any of life's surprises happen! Strongly recommend finding another hotel!
