Apple dept care worked with me and around my schedule. They were very professional and helped me consolidate my student loans. I never felt any pressure at any time. Apple dept care provided a great service to me. Thank You Apple Dept Care!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11 THEY CHARGE YOU WAYYYYYY TO MUCH MONEY (SERVICE CHARGES/FEES) JUST SO THEY CAN "HELP YOU CONSOLIDATE ALL YOUR LOANS, GET YOU THE BEST INTEREST RATE, AND IF YOU WORK FOR A QUALIFIED NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THEY WILL SEE IF YOU QUALIFY FOR Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program."

Ha well don't be fooled like me, and pay them almost $900 in a service charge and processing fees...all your doing is adding a 3rd party in the process so they can transfer your loans to a "GOVERNMENT LENDER" MOST LIKELY (FED LOAN SERVICING; AND not to mention they ARE HORRIBLE with COMMUNICATION, KEEPING YOU INFORMED & UPDATED, The ONLY CALL I RECIEVED from Apple Debt Care was to inform me they have emailed me the documents to sign, GIVING them PERMISSION to access my ACCOUNT INFORMATION so they can make a SIMPLE CALL to a new lender to Process for a [redacted]INCOME BASED REPAYMENT PLAN (IBR), and to see if I qualify for the PUBLIC SERVICE LOAN FORGIVNESS PLAN (PSLF)[redacted] and I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT IS ALL THEY DO because once I GAVE THEM PERMISSION I NEVER RECIEVED ANOTHER CALL FROM THEM, I had to call them every time after, even when they gave me a timeframe I should be looking for to hear back from them... NOPE NOT ONCE AFTER YOU SIGN.....The NEW LENDER my loans were sold to are the ONLY ones I received a FOLLOW UP FROM. **OHHHHHHH BUT DON'T WORRY CAUSE THEY ARE STILL GETTING PAID, & AUTOMATICALLY WITHDRAWLING FROM YOUR ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH*
....................AFTER 6 MONTHS AND MY PROCESS COMPLETE I FIND OUT.... ANY OTHER (Department of Education) LOAN LENDERS will do ALLLLLLLLLL OF THIS for you for FREEEEEEEEEE!!

My experience with Apple Debt Care was more than I expected. The staff is very helpful and made sure I was updated throughout the process. I didn't think anyone could help me with my situation. I recommend them to anyone who needs assistance. thank You Again!!!

After hearing the advertisement on the radio I contacted them because of having financial problems and needed to lower my payments. The Rep was very nice and helpful with recommendations that matched my situation. He also explained the process very well and kept in contacted regularly with updates now with lower payments I will be able to afford to pay.

Apple Debt Care really helped with the whole process of gathering all the documents needed for the loan forgiveness. All I had to do was to follow Apple Debt Care's direction. If I had any questions or concerns I could call anytime and express what was concerning me and they took care of everything. They didn't just say we will take care of it and call you back. No they took care of things while I was on the phone with them. They are very friendly and very nice and are very aware about your account no matter who you talk to from this office. I was afraid at first because I did not know that everyone in the office would know what is going on with my account. I am very pleased with the outcome with all my loans and how things were handled. If I had to do it over again I would use Apple Debt Care.

I was so happy with apple debt care. They were first class from the moment I contacted them and always let me know where the stairs of my consolidation was. [redacted] was so helpful and answered all my questions. I think I was most impressed when I asked a question that he didn't have an answer for, he put me on hold and found the right answer for me instead of just guessing. With Apple Debts help, my student loan was consolidated and I am now excused from my loan for 300 months. Thank you so much.

I used this company because it was referred to me . My experience was not up to expectations . They provided the service , but failed to send info to my previous loan service company , which put me in a bad situation .
When I confronted Apple Debt care about the lack of service , they apologized and said we are new company and it happens . When I ask for a discount they did not come up with a real solution .

I would not recommend Apple Debt Care to anyone .

Everyone I spoke to at Apple Debt Care was extremely nice, professional, and helpful. [redacted], and [redacted] did an excellent job in keeping me updated on the progress of my loan consolidation and answering any questions I had about the process.

My experience with APC was reallly good. They always informed me about where we were and what was happening at the moment.
