Ive been going to Apple dental since April 2019, I paid for my daughters braces in full, they have not seen my daughter in almost 7 months and refuse to see her if a parent is present. My daughter is a minor, only 9 years old, they will not work with me, they are rude. They will not service my daughter because they said parents are not allowed in the back rooms with the children. If a child is a minor a parent has the right to be with their child at the time of service.
