Review: I contracted Apple Drywall to do all Sheetrock and spackling for my new construction home. They left my house incomplete and the parts of the job I had thought they completed are not properly done. Not even a month after they left my property the tape was peeling and nails are popping through. The walls are not smoothe and I have had numerous other trades come in afterwards (carpenters, tile company's, painter, electrician) and tell me that we have to do repairs before moving forward. I had another drywall company come in, they fixed the major problem areas. He also advised us that more will need to be repaired before we can paint. When the electrician came by he found that numerous outlet boxes, switches, thermostat wires and air ducts had been covered with the Sheetrock. It took numerous days and having to cut open some walls for them to trace and find most of the covered outlets and switches. I also was not happy with the service when dealing with the owner. When I stopped by to look at the work that was being done one of the men (owners brother) was cursing and screaming at a worker in front of my wife and my 3 year old daughter. Highly unprofessional company. Bottom line I would never recommend this company to anyone! They left my job incomplete and it delayed all the other work that had to be done afterwards. At the time I had tried dealing with [redacted] (owner) which I must say was Never there to oversee the job or to address the issues. As of now their company is not welcome on property. I have spent thousands of dollars fixing the work that their company was suppose to complete. As of now there are still more wires covered that need to be found or rerun, more repair work, spackling, and repriming walls. I would HIGHLY ADVISE anyone to rethink using this company!Desired Settlement: I held back a partial payment due to all the issues that came about before the job was completed, however I have spent more then what I held back. I would discuss some sort of settlement. At this time I can not give an actual number due to all the repairs have not been finished at this point.
