This is not a satisfactory response, since the chemical company had nothing to do with the negligent employee who carelessly and recklessly left years of cans which were apparently improperly placed in my attack Mr [redacted] has really never recognized the inconvenience and anxiety we lived through for over months, breathing in and smelling the awful odor He also does not apparently believe the word of the [redacted] employee, who over a period of several months tried to help us locate the odorThe amount asked for is based on the receipts I sent to the Revdex.com, according to the case worker Mr [redacted] is looking for someone to blame, and prefers not to believe or accept he has a lazy and irresponsible employeeIf this response is late, it is because I never received the email so I could respond to it

I am including the service calls which contributed to the contamination of the insulation The odor began before Sept The employee remarked about the odor upon his arrival on 9/19/and again on 2/17/ A total of fogger cans were left in the attic, all of the laying in the insulation, which was clearly stained from the chemical Those pictures were sent to Mr [redacted] For over a year we lived with the continuous smell, breathing in the chemical The employee from [redacted] discovered the source of the problem, on his 4th visit to our home Mr [redacted] ’s employee, through his neglect and carelessness, put my family through a very unpleasant environment, and seems not to grasp what we had to live with for that length of time

This is not a satisfactory response, since the chemical company had nothing to do with the negligent employee who carelessly and recklessly left 2 years of cans which were apparently improperly placed in my attack.  Mr. [redacted] has really never recognized the inconvenience and anxiety we lived through for over 11 months, breathing in and smelling the awful odor.  He also does not apparently believe the word of the [redacted] employee, who over a period of several months tried to help us locate the odor. The amount asked for is based on the receipts I sent to the Revdex.com, according to the case worker.  Mr. [redacted] is looking for someone to blame, and prefers not to believe or accept he has a lazy and irresponsible employee. If this response is late, it is because I never received the email so I could respond to it.

I'm currently waiting for the manufacturer of the foggers to respond with technical information and a statement to the effect that it's impossible for them to cause the reaction she observed. I'll follow up with a more complete response upon receipt of that information. The amount she's seeking is arbitrary, not tied to her costs or the amount she spent for our services.
