Apple Garden Inn

Review: The Room had roaches, the bathtub was dirty looked like it hadn't been cleaned, the room had no phone in it the carpet had cigarette burns in it, the wall were in need of painting or cleaning, the microwave oven had a grease built up in it. The door has a doorknob lock with key. I spoke with the manager about the room first I was told they didn't have any more rooms and I could not have a refund I had only been in the room under a hour then I was offered a second room and it was in the same shape as the first one I expressed this the manager and even asked for a refund and was told no that he rents those room everyday . I have pictures of the appearance of the room and roaches that the manager said he didn't have.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and a apology from the management and reimbursement from having to get another room at a different hotel.
