unattended in and outside your unit.On 06/22/2016, five children under the age of were witnessed running in the parkinglot of Apple Glen, one of the children was nearly hit by a carThese five children wentinto your unitMaintenance had knocked on your door, only to find no adults present.This is unsafe and is in violation of your lease termsSee pg.2, Nos98-105:Resident shall use the Premises for residential purposes onlyOperating abusiness or providing child care for children not listed as occupants in thisAgreement is prohibitedResident shall be liable for any property damage,waste, or neglect of the Premises, building, or development which it is located,that is caused by negligence or improper use by Resident or Resident's guests andinvitees.All children/guests under the age of must be under adult supervision at all times.This situation must be corrected immediatelyAny further violations of this nature willresult in a 5-Day Notice to Cure or VacateShould you have any questions, please feelfree to contact me at 414-258-9772.*** ** ***Administratorcc:On June 22, 2016, I received a call from the maintenance manager at Apple Glen ApartmentsHe statedthat there are children who look to be under the age of playing in the parking lot and around cars.They are bouncing balls that have hit some cars and also running around the parking lot-one of themalmost got hit by a moving carNo adult supervision was notedThe kids went into apartment 12700-105.I sent a text message to the mother of the one child that lives in 12700-105, *** *** at 4:pmand informed her that this situation was unsafe, and someone could get hurtWe were concernedabout the kid's safetyShe stated that the kids were supposed to be at her sisters up the blockShestated she would take care of it; she was at work and would be leaving work shortly.On June 23, 2016, maintenance entered unit 12700-105, with appropriate notice being posted on June22,2016, to install a new smoke detectorMaintenance, called me to state that the same kids were inthe apartment and they were cooking a pizza with the oven turned on to degreesHe asked themwhere the parents were and they stated at workHe left the apartment and called meHe returned onemore time within minutes to retrieve the rest of his toolsI called New Berlin Police department-nonemergency line and asked that they check on the boy for safety and their well-beingInformed thepolice department that the boys appeared to be under the age of and were in the unit cooking pizzawhen maintenance entered to install the smoke detectorThe police department did go check on theboys and informed Maintenance that there is no real law about the age of kids left alone or to babysit.According to the police departmereport was made because there was no sign of endangermentfor the children.Another call was placed to the mother at that time and a letter was sent addressing our concernsSeeattached.Per Maintenance, *** ***, *** *** and male friend came to his door evening of 6/23/tofind out why he called the policeThe male friend, whom had called Joe earlier in the day (after I placedthe call to ***) stated-I told you I would be over in about an hour-you did not need to call thepolice-Joe responded that was six hours ago.At 6:pm I received a text message from *** *** wanting to talk to meSee attached
