 My credit card information could provide proof of purchase.  I was never asked to provide this information.   My name and gift certificate number were placed into a log book at Apple Holler.  I do not feel that I should be held responsible for poor record keeping at Apple Holler.

Review: I purchased a gift certificate in December. When I purchased the gift certificate my full name, address, and phone number were place into a ledger. The certificate and the ledger had matching personal information, and a certification number on the receipt matching the gift card. I realized that the certificate was missing in January. I called Appleholler immediately. I spoke with [redacted]. [redacted] stated that if the card was not used in six months, she would issue me another gift certificate. I spoke with [redacted], after waiting six months, and she stated she could not issue me another gift certificate.Desired Settlement: I would like my gift certificate replaced.
