I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that while this resolution is not necessarily satisfactory I am accepting it because I simply want this experience behind me.  I appreciate the attempt to resolve the scenario.

Review: I had somehow gotten oil in my iphone and they put a new screen on. Told me it was guaranteed for 60 or 90 days. Before I could get home that day it was already turning black but it was late and I did not return to the mall. One and one and a half weeks later (Waited because I was in a hurry, it is about 1 hour from my house and I knew I was planning to return the next week and it was guaranteed for longer than that}. When I returned he acted like I had put it in oil again. All I did was put it in my purse and I showed him there was no oil in it. He made me feel like I was lying and trying to get another screen for something I had done. I am sure he thought he had gotten all the oil out but there a so many little places that he could have missed. He cleaned it again but still did not get the screen clean and would not do anything about it. I had my receipt but he would not replace the screen.Desired Settlement: Either refund or new screen
