Review: I contracted to have my debts consolidation and this was 18 month's ago in April of 2014. I have been paying into the account $227 a month. I recently sold my home and was able to pay most of my debt. I have asked in writing that the only remaining creditor to be paid off and any remaining funds in my account be refunded to myself. I keep getting the run around and placed on extensive hold. I have been told that I cancelled my contract which I did not. I was contacted by them because I was looking online for a place where I could start repaying my debts. I have paid into the account over $4000 and nothing has been paid as of yet. I have copies of the fax which l Sent in and they say that they cannot tell me the status or amount of funds in the account. These funds are mine which it clearly states in my contract with them. I want them applied to my debt and any remaining balance to be released to me. Which they are refusing, I have tried to speak with someone who can help me in there offices and can never get past a receptionist. I am trying to settle my debt and this company preys on people online, when they first contacted me they were so helpful and would not stop calling. They sent a notary public to Texas but since l signed up they refuse to speak with me. All contact is through fax. I believe it's a scam.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my debt paid with the funds they have collected from me and a refund for the difference.

Review: I enrolled in a debt program with Apple Law Group in 4/2014. I made all of my payments on time like promised. I started to have a financial hardship and I cancelled the program. I received a email from them saying that they would cancel the program asap and all of my money would be refund to me which is approx. $1,100. They continue to take funds out of my account after I made it clear to them that I wanted to cancel the program. Well they finally mailed me a check, but it wasn't all of the money I put into the program it was $16.80.

I am very dissappointed and hurt by all of this. For anyone who is in debt please stay away from APPLE LAW GROUP they are not honest, trustworthy, they are in business to take your money away from you with false hope of getting out of debt.Desired Settlement: I would like ALL of my money that I put into the program refunded.
