I was given a quote for Auto repairs for my 09 Honda Pilot that equaled twice the national average. Apple Honda would have made over $500.00 in fees that were priced at ridiculous rate.
1. Alternator Replacement: they quoted me at $815.45.
National average=$409-$507
2. AC compressor Clutch Relay: they quoted me $165.00
National average=$20.00 for part
3. Transmission fluid exchange: they quoted me at $169.99
National average= $105-$138
4. Differential Fluid (drain and fill): they quoted me at $99.95
National average=$30-$40
When I took the difference from the highest national average numbers, they would have over charged me by $545.00!
Then I had to pay $111.00 for this estimate before I could have it towed to my normal garage for repair that cost me almost 1/4 less of what they estimated!
How many people have they ripped off with their ridiculous fees?

Review: I expressed interest in a 2001 [redacted] that was listed for $1800. The rwpreaentitve from the dealership called and said it was $1800 but had to go through a safety check before they could retail it. Three days later they called and said the safety check was co,pleted and the car is now for sale for $3000. Now they are refusing to honor the $1800.Desired Settlement: I want to purchase the car for the origionally advertised price of $1800.

[redacted] stated in his letter that the price could change based on Service work performed on the vehicle. I did bring this up to the sales manager at the dealership to see if that is why the price went up and he stated no, no work was performed. I would like a comparable car to the 2001 [redacted] for $1800 since you already sold it at auction without getting back to you. As [redacted] stated when we talked on the phone, he would get in contact with [redacted] because they currently owned the vehicle and he would get back to me. I am rejecting this response because:

[redacted] needs to have a more open line of communication with his employees, someone from Apple Automotive called me regarding my Revdex.com complaint and stated it was currently owned by [redacted]. I have the phone records to prove. The way I will accept the response is if the dealership will offer me a comparable car to the 2001 [redacted] at the same price, since the said vehicle was sold at auction.Regards,[redacted]
