Review: first of all [redacted] the plumber replaced a missing chain in the toilet with a paperclip (my paperclips). He borrowed my tools to clean out a drained sink. He also didn't clean off my tools. He put a hole in the wall underneath the sink and tried to cover it with a piece of black foam. Not only is the hole there but the pipe is loose. Of course the charge immediately went through...............This is the poorest excuse for service. I've asked twice for the owners to call me. I feel they are fraudulent and I demand the hole underneath my bathroom sink gets repaired. The pipe needs to be stabilized, too.Desired Settlement: I want a refund, cash only, and I want this company to repair the excessive damage they have caused at my home.

We recently bought a home and found that our entire sewer system need to be replaced. I called multiple plumbing contractors. Most of them didn't even return my calls. I had 4 contractors bid the job. # of the contractors showed up, measured, left, and emailed me the quotes. [redacted] from Apple, arrived 15 minutes early and walked me through the entire job. Discussed expectations, potential issues, ways we could save money, and ways we could make the plumbing more efficient. It was night and day from the others.

We are now nearly completed with the job and I can't begin to tell you what a pleasure it has been to work with Apple Plumbing. Their employees are always friendly and always cleaning up after the day of work. It truly has been an experience that I will share with others looking for an incredible contractor.
