Hi ***- FYI, I called Mr*** on Monday 07/03/to inform him of some good newsOver the weekend my detail department/tenant found Mr***'s monitorApparently my detail guy removed the monitor from the cabin so that he could perform a complete interior detail of the
cabin. I have advised my detail department/tenant to please put all items back in all vehicles so that this situation does not occur again. I apologized to Mr*** for any inconvenience and Mr*** has done so the same, and he reminded me of how pleased he was from the get go with our serviceAt this time both parties are good terms and are both working on getting this situation resolved. I *** have requested Mr***, to please remove the complaint with Revdex.com and in doing so, I will follow through with shipping him his monitorI also sent Mr*** a picture of myself and the monitor to show sincerity. I am rejecting this response because:Apple Remarketing sold me a vehicle that was not inspected by the State of Texas upon purchase It is my understanding that according to state law a vehicle has to be inspected by the state prior to purchasing the vehicle Further, Apple Remarketing told me that the vehicle did pass inspection before I left the dealership, misleading me to ***ieve that it had passed I asked them if I needed any information or any paperwork that it passed inspection and they stated that, "no it was all on the computer and it would just show up next time I got it registered." Since then, I have spoken with the owner of Apple Remarketing and asked for help because the vehicle now just sits because it will not start He has told me that since I have contacted the Revdex.com and DMV that he would just like "to let it play out because it will take forever." I asked rick the owner for assistance and he asked me what he could do I told him that I would like for him to provide me with good customer service since I cannot even use the vehicle He told me that I could bring it to him in Arlington and he would have someone look at itI told him that I didnt feel comfortable doing that, he would have my money and the vehicle that is title in his name He told me to fix it and that he was done talking with me, and that was the end of the conversation

We are rejecting this response because it is not a complete account of the issue.  We have had numerous conversations with the DMV Enforcement Division investigator. Most recently, he made us aware that title paperwork had been received by Tarrant County on 1/31/2017.  Additionally, he said he informed Apple Remarketing that they should pay $330 to us to cover the cost of the incorrect oil change and the starter that were both needed to get the vehicle inspected.  Apple Remarketing replied to him that they would only do that if we retracted this complaint to the Revdex.com.  Even if we didn't consider it 'blackmail' to ask us to remove the complaint in order to get money that is rightfully due us, Revdex.com rules state that a complaint can not be retracted or deleted.The title finally arrived yesterday from Austin and the plates arrived today, with a check for $25.50 from Apple as a 'return for inspection fee.' We are no longer waiting on Apple to submit any paperwork or mail anything to us.  The vehicle 'officially' [redacted]ongs to us but not without entirely too much effort. We will consider this issue resolved, although not satisfactorily.
