Good Afternoon [redacted], This email is in response to a resident complaint that we received from your office dated 6/2/17 from [redacted], Farmington, NM 87401. The complaint is that she has issued work orders for repairs in her apartment that have not been...

completed. Attached you will find work orders that were made for Ms. [redacted] and notes with dates that our maintenance staff has attempted to gain entry to the unit to complete the work orders and was not given access to enter by the resident. Also, attached is a picture of the tub spout that has been replaced. As of today 6/12/17, the work order for the kitchen sink faucet that is dripping has not been able to be completed because the resident will not give our staff entry access to complete the work order.
