They have all looked at my complaints of my roof installation and I have not received anything back from any of them on what they was going to do to fix the problem or even there thoughts of the problemThe job should of only taken day (this is what they all told me) but it was a day jobI don't understand how hard it is to pick up the phone and let the customer (me) know there thoughts or what is going onIt's sad even when the co-owner (*** ***) can not even return a status of the job

Had a disagreement with manufacter. I'm giving her a refund. I have already returned half the money, will be giving here another injection of money this week

house and installed all but 4 shutters, which the rest will be going in next week. We only sell real basswood custom shutters and Mr. [redacted] was informed before I started the process that sometime we have to wait on the wood to arrive, and  I will not use a wood substite just to make sure it gets done quicker. Ive done 12 houses on his street and they all done the same way!

Parts should be in this week. I will have it finished and out to him the end of next week

It is now the 21st and Window Statement (Corwyn) has still not paid the remaining balance due to me.  I left him a VM yesterday the 20th asking what time I would receive my check and he has yet to reply. [redacted]
