had several letters from your agency (Revdex.com) concerning one of our former clients, *** *** The complain ID number is *** *** *** complained of a refund she was owed. Our company policy is that it can take up to three weeks to process a refund that is more than $2,000. *** *** was paid back the refund on 8/26/16. Attached is a picture of the check that was sent to her. This "incident" has been fully resolved. Can you please notate this on our record with your agency?
