The vehicle is at [redacted] in Shakopee the parts that they are waiting on were not ordered through our facility they were ordered from Park jeep.I have reached to [redacted] and asked if there was anything we could do to help, I also reached out to my Chrysler rep and asked her to get involved and try to expedite the parts as well as help with loaner. [redacted] stated her complaint was with Chrysler and the other repair facilities and was not sure how we got brought into this.
