We have investigated this complaint and the client uses [redacted] ([redacted]) to schedule her pick up and drop offs. [redacted] is the entity that transmits the times we are to show up to pick up the client. According to our investigation the problem lies in the incorrect pick up times...

that are generated to us from [redacted]. Since this service is scheduled and regulated by New York State Dept. of Health we have no ability to alter the times even though they may be incorrect. This change can only be completed by the above named service. We don't believe this complaint is valid since we do not have direction or control over these types of trips.
