Apple Tree Child Development Center

My daughter's contract was terminated over the phone by the Director, Brittany [redacted] with no notice. Appletree's Policies and Procedures state "The center has the right to terminate any child from enrollment upon 2 weeks notice". After the director told me "my business was no longer welcomed there" I asked for a meeting with the director and owners. I was denied that right. I asked for their number, Brittany refused to provide me with the number. She told me my husband and I were no longer allowed to step foot on the property. The director then hung up the phone as I was speaking. When I tried to call back, she picked up and hung up again. My family has been with that daycare for years. My son was one of the first enrolled when it opened. I have seen a steady decline over the past 6 months. We are one of the four known families who have been wrongfully terminated since November.
