VERY disappointed with our service call! The technician came out to repair our washer that was popping the circuit while on the spin cycle. He looked under the front panel and ran a couple cycles. I asked to add clothes for him to see what I WAS referring to. We basically threw his hands in the air and said our machine was shot and to go purchase a new machine. ( ours is 5 year old front loader). He then asked for his $99 diagnostic trip charge. Later, We had another tech come from Sears. Within 10 minutes, he figured out the power cord was shoved into the back and had wrapped its way around the drum, damaging the cord. We was able to fix the cord and now our machine is back to perfect! I'm relieved we didn't take his advice and run out to purchase a new machine. I'm not sure how someone who claims to have so many years experience can miss an issue with a power cord?!
