I received a msgapprox PM this afternoon from SolarCo’s Vice President [redacted] today as a result of a phone call from the CSLB to them she said that they had not invoiced us for any charges and the contract had been cancelledactually she said she had not been forwarded the letter of cancellation we sent via certified registered mail/return receipt -I only stated to her that we received the return on the receipt request signed by the local Elk Grove office and the salesperson left me that voicemail the following morning concerning the letter which verified someone at that office saw the letter but did not inform the company executives to include Ms [redacted] and/or the owner Mr [redacted] we are glad the issue is resolved and over and I thanked Ms [redacted] for her message to me ..if you would like-I can forward that message to you for your files as a matter of closure? I thank you and everyone at the Revdex.com office for all your efforts in helping us to resolve the issuePlease notify me if there is anything else to conclude your part of the complaintSincerely, [redacted]

Aug 2015Hello ***,there was not enough room on the Revdex.com complaint block- I wanted you and the Revdex.com to have this substantiation below in para #Thank you for taking my call on Friday afternoonI discovered from The Sac County Permit Division on Old Placerville Rd-there were NO permits taken out by SolarCo for the solar system installation at our residence – We had paid no fees to them –it wouldn’t have been worth their time to proceed with a permit payment without funding from the loan.Below is an abbreviated summary of the timeline of events:2.If they balk that we let an inordinate amount of time to transpire and then decided to cancmoved in good faith to initially work with them: it was days on their part for their loan process-Jun SignedJul Loan required docs were sent to SolarCoJul 15,Thur loan docs first available to us– disturbed by high interest rate-researched moreJul 15,Mon informed finance mgr at SolarCo-Mon-did not want the loan –said to them looking for other lendersJul emailed SolarCo-STOP any actions on the installation; time 10:33pmJul emailed the salesperson, [redacted] , responsible to cancel; time 2:40pmSame date ..during phone call from the salesperson threatening to charge us 10%/$to cancel – we asked for time for a 2nd estimate to contrast and compare prices-salesperson agreed for the time Jul after second estimate - email to SolarCo Elk Grove office, addressed to deliver to the owner, Mr Adkins-CANCwould not talk to the salesperson-respectfully asked the owner to cancelJul voicemail from salesperson, [redacted] ; “I am the office manager-I advise you to call me”3.I've also attached their Neighborhood Advertising Program document-you will see we did not sign it-therefore, If we didn't sign, they were not authorized to perform step on the list to do the "Presite Appointment with our Engineer within 24-hrs"...after the way the salesperson talked to me on the phowould never promote SolarCo, and;after studying their costs for the system versus others, higher monthly payments, and total amortization - their $rebates were not impressive considering we would have paid them $additional above other competitors plus the "benefits" of this program are standard included package features from competitors-why buy solar from this company when the costs exceed any benefits and why threaten buyers? thank you very much for your assistance, ***Sincerely, [redacted] and [redacted]

In response to the complaint filed we would like to address the statements made by consumer: Charge of 10% cancellation fee, this is a standard California contact which clearly states in the paragraph above the consumers signatures there will be a fee charged for late cancellation It is again stated on the separate Notice of Right To Cancel form in larger print that consumers signatures appear on Neighborhood Advertising Program, this document clearly states that the consumer will receive a check in the amount of $when the installation is complete as part of our NAP This document was also signed by the consumer Roof Survey, the NAP document clearly states the presite appointment will be performed within to hours, this document was also signed by the consumer Our company does not use *** Earth to design our solar system installation, we perform each survey with a physical on site complete engineering survey Interest Rate, the interest rate is clearly stated on the Solar Electric System Worksheet, showing the down payment, term and interest rate, this document has the consumers signatures on it Our lending institution submitted, via different consumer emails, the original loan documents on 7/2/ and corrected loan documents reflecting the change order amount (signed by the consumer) on 7/9/and 7/15/ The loan documents were emailed to the consumer over the course of calendar days.We have several contractor/consumer emails showing the communication between both parties and I have also attached the documents that were signed by the consumers on 6/30/
