Applebee's

My wife and I had lunch the Applebee's Bossier City store today. The server never brought the Appetizer Salad until we had finished part of the entrée. At that point we could only send it back. Then, after we finished the entrée and were supposed to get a desert, the server never returned. Finally, after waiting at least fifteen minutes, we went to the front of the store and called for the manager. He stood up for the server rather than being customer oriented. Then, he charged us the full price of the meal; although we did not receive the salad as an appetizer, never got the desert, and finally gave up on the server. Although we had only one part of the meal, the manager still charged us the full price of the meal. I complained to him again about our experience and he only took off the cost of the tax.
