I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not
resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
that's very kind of applegate ...but I will decline their offer...what applegate dental did was very unethicalI asked for a pre authorization BEFORE they did the work they tell me they got it I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES AND STATED .....NOTHING GETS DONE UNLESS MY INSURANCE COVERS ...I was told I was covered AND as I'm reading their response they stated they received documentation on april 5th with a go ahead...what document is that because I supplied you with the denial dated the first...and if apple gate is registed with delta dental they would of seen it if they looked on line...so it's a matter of ethics and morals......so do you connect me to the media or is it something I do myself..I WILL LET THE MEDIA KNOW EXACTLEY WHAT APPLEGATE DENTAL DID TO ME AND ask if this has been done before to other patients...I understand the policies ,,,, understand very well but when I went to talk to him and he said BUT you signed these...yes I did but he also said we were covered AGAIN UNETHICAL.....*** I have always paid my bills I pride myself but when I am lied to /...I do not like it...HAVE A GREAT DAY I gotta get to work THANK U AGAINRegards,
