Company CEO promised in writing a refund for 2 round trip airline tickets to Iceland from Richmond VA. No refund has been paid since trip end 8/2019
I took my son around the world for 2 months. His trip School to Iceland with his class and birthday were the culmination for the trip. Since, I had already purchased my round the world tickets we did not need to have airlines tickets bought for us. I was promised a refund for that portion of the trip in Oct of 2018 before we started to pay for the trip. The trip was in Aug 2019. I paid for my trip off early for 2 people, however the rapidness of service it appears has only been one way unless you count lip service from the CEO. Below are the e-mail correspondence. Cost of flight round trip RIC to KEF Aug 09 - Aug 16th 2019. Estimated $1,558 plus interest $2500.

I have contacted him several times and have not received any replies either. This is extremely frustrating and not acceptable. I am so sorry this is happening! I will continue to try to contact them as well.

I would like the refund for the flights and compensation for the time to have to track this down while overseas in a war-zone.
A check for this customer was processed on 1/15/2020 and mailed on 1/16/2020. Notification was received from the customer on 2/12/2020 stating they never received the check. Mr. provided us with a new address. We applied a stop payment on the previous check and reissued a new one on 2/12/2020 and mailed it on 2/13/2020.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have not received the check yet.
We do not have record of this customer contacting us stating he did not receive the reissued check. After reading it here from your Revdex.com website, we have contacted the customer via email asking him to confirm this and suggested we send him the payment via direct deposit since the last two checks we have sent were not received. Awaiting his response to move forward.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Response was sent 3/13/2020 Stating direct deposit will be fine. Have not received direct deposit yet.
