I have not received a refund as of today. I will close out my complaint as soon as I receive my refund to my credit card. All of this would have been unnecessary if I would have just gotten a response saying that my order had been canceled when I sent it on April 23rd. I'm a little confused that since my order was canceled by the website on April 23rd, why I haven't received a refund yet on May 13th.

Thanks for alerting us to this customer complaint. One of the items was discontinued on the order (purse) an customer had a...

matching wallet ordered, our warehouse reached out to see if [redacted] would like another bag/pattern instead.
Customer replied that she would like to cancel the order and we responded we would have a refund issued. Upon checking records due to this complaint, this refund had not been processed through account yet,note it was 7 days since previous communication from customer. We never received any inquiries from customer or notification she had not seen the refund on her end until this complaint. While we apologize for our delay and error in accounting we would have expected the customer to reach out to us to inquire as we could have easily cleared up this matter. A refund has been issued for the full amount Refund (Unique Transaction ID # 6WXXXXXXURXXXXXXX) on July 5th and [redacted] has already received an email receipt for this refund. Again our sincere apologizes for our accounting error.
We would like to also extend [redacted] a $10 gift card to our store on her next order for the inconvenience. Please have her contact us via email for further instructions on gift card code.
