It was sent back so quickly I could hardly believe it, and now my husband is proudly wearing his new "old" ring!! We couldn't be happier with AOG, and their customer service is second to noneWhat a blessing to us!!

Misrepresentation of quality , appearance and weight of gold ring
This is a wedding band that was advertised as weighing 11.5grams at a size I ordered a size 10, as that is my sizeI received a ring of SIGNIFICANTLY less weight, there was not only mis advertising of the quality and weight of the ring, the rings overall appearance and quality are significantlying different than the representation made in print by the sales advertisement
Beyond belief was the rather rude and abusive customer care representative when I called to discuss this matterI was told, as it was engraved that there are no returns, no exceptions
This does not give the company the legal right to bait and switch the quality of the ring with significantly less weight as well as a different style, or replace the ring with a ring that has no "comfort fit" (a manufacturing process for the ease of wearing the ring..)
This is a true example of abuse of consumer rights, failure to communicate the intent t
