Oil changes are supposed to be simple and an easy task to complete, so I though???? The company doesn't provide a nice service and clear off your windshield for you. The sticker on my truck wasn't changed for a reminder of the next oil change. I had to reset my own oil light. I asked if the upper ball joints could be greased and they said they couldn't find them. Wow, what kind of service did I pay for??
