Appleway RV

I dealt with Bridgette at the Liberty Lake store, What a great experience, Helpful throughout
my entire purchase , Ask for her, you won't be sorry, The rest of the staff at Appleway (Jeff, Brian ans Jay) were also
just great from start to finish. I've have in past years purchased about 6 other RVs and this was by far the easiest and best dealer.

We moved from CO to WA knowing we'd have to live in an RV for about a year and a half. We found a lot in ***, WA, approximately 2 hours from Spokane. We went to Appleway RV to find an RV during one of their sales. We found an RV we were very happy with. It is Appleway's policy to NOT transport the RV. We had no way to transport the RV to *** so we decided to find a company that would transport it. Appleway realized we were paying CASH for the RV and, all of a sudden, they had someone that would transport the RV to ***.
NOW: we have a plumbing problem which is covered under our warranty. Appleway now says they can't get someone to come fix it (because "that's what the contract says"). Apparently, cash talks when the purchase is taking place and Appleway will do what is necessary when they get the cash for their unit. I am absolutely livid that this double standard is being applied. We need help and Appleway is turning their back on us. This is very disappointing and I'm not about to recommend Appleway RV to anyone - Especially if they are in our position and they need something from Appleway.

We had a wonderful experience working with Appleway RV. Salespeople Bridgette and Jeff were very patient with us as we did not know what we wanted when we started our over 2 year research project deciding on an RV. For the 2 years as we looked, they were very knowlegable, and answered our million questions with no sales pressure at all. Their hospitality extended to the point that they helped my husband coordinate a surprise of a red bow, flowers and wine for me for when we picked up our new RV. Cruz, who did our walk through, was also very patient and awesome teaching us how to run our RV. The two service managers (Brian 1 and Brian 2) and the parts department were also very friendly, patient, educational and helpful. Appleway RV is managed professionally by Mike who is very knowledgeable, committed to customer service and is really funny too. We feel like we have been invited into a long term relationship with a family of really nice and supportive people. We can't say enough about everyone we worked with.

I purchased a Kodiak Cub trailer from Appleway RV in Jund 2019 and have been very pleased with the service I received. Of course I had a couple of small issues as you would expect with any new unit and they took care of them immediately, I am not new to the RV world as I have had several units fromj motorhomes, trailers, pick-up campers etc in my 4o years on the road so I have delt with many RV dealers in the past. Lets face it all RV's use the same components so all that is left is Service. Appleway RV is in my estimation one of the best in the industry and Bridgette T is one that I would recommend to anyone. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all the questions. So if you are in the market for a new RV I would recommend her and Appleway RV.

We purchased an RV from Appleway. Bridgette spent a great deal of time showing us lots of makes and floor plans to find what we wanted. We traded in our used RV and easily made our purchase. We will definitely go back to Appleway whenever we decide to look for a different unit. All the staff were a pleasure to work with from sales, to parts & service, to management & finance. We recommend Appleway.

As I started to shop around for a travel trailer to move to FL in, I went to 4 places. I wished I would have known how I was going to be treated by each. That way, I wouldnt have wasted my time and energy with the other 3. Bridgette T answered and explained all my questions and concerns. She was the only one that explained my weight concerns. The others just wanted to sell to me and get me out the door. Their service dept was the exact same way. Mike S was the first tech to explain electric brakes and the sway control bar to me vs the others who just said "I need one". If I would have stayed in WA, I would DEFINATELY go back to Appleway RV for the way I was treated by Bridgette, Jeff, the whole team AND the service dept.

My wife and I visited most every RV dealership in the area looking for the perfect RV. When we pulled into Appleway RV we were quickly greeted by Bridgette, she showed us several units, answered all our questions (and we had a lot of them), and took a great deal of time with us. There was zero pressure to buy and she was one of the kindest people I have met. I wish we would have started at this dealership, it would have saved us a bunch of time. After our purchase on the day of pickup a gentleman named Gene (not sure on spelling) did a super thorough walk through with us, showed us everything about the unit and how to maintain it, he was awesome and took a great deal of time. Since our purchase I have had additional questions and a few hiccups (because I am new to how some features on the new models work) the service department has been outstanding, Mike and Brian (I think) have professionally answered every one of our questions and always call back promptly if they are busy. I can’t say enough good things about our purchasing experience here. Nice people.

It was one of the easiest purchases my wife have ever made. our salesperson Bridgette was amazing she made you feel like she really cared about you like you were part of the family..

We don't normally do any reviews for anything, but this is a exception, We have had the most wonderful and professional experience with Appleway RV. The staff there was very friendly and knowledgeable. The wonderful young lady named Bridgette is the salesperson who helped us get the motorhome we wanted. The owner also was involved and we have never met anyone who is as nice as he is. They treat you as family and not a sales quota, there is no high pressure salesmanship. It was a pleasure to do business with them. If you want to get the BEST deal in Spokane for a RV, go see Appleway RV and Bridgette..

I really, really hate to take time to write a review, so I don't do them that often lol. I am making an exception for Appleway RV. These guys are absolutely the best. Do not even think about shopping for an RV somewhere else. These guys will treat you like family. They at friendly, professional, courteous, and they don't pressure you. We shopped at several other RV outfits here in the Valley and in Liberty Lake, and there is a distinctly different feeling when you walk into this place. No pressure, they listen to what you need, and they don't try to put you into something more expensive. I honestly cannot say enough about these guys. Our salesperson was Stephanie, and she was just absolutely fantastic. She texted me every time I texted her and sent all kinds of photos and info my way, again never any pressure from her. The owner is absolutely awesome also, and very personable. In fact, every single person is just incredible, including all of the service folks. There honestly isn't a rating high enough for this outfit. Buy or service your RV here, these folks are absolutely incredible!

This is my first RV I've ever purchase and I can't say enough nice things about Appleway RV and my sales person Bridgette T. I found my 2018 Coachman online and had a really smooth process with them. I live in *** so I was really nervous about committing to buying a RV so far away but Bridgette and the Appleway RV staff always were very helpful with the process and always responded quickly to any of my many questions. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a RV to definitively include them as one of the dealers you may be visiting. My RV has worked flawlessly so far and really excited to go on my first family trip to the Grand Canyon this year..

Bridgette my sales person, Jeff the Mgr, Cruze the owners son inluding Dad the owner were all so good to me. Bridgette is a beautiful person inside and out and they are NOT your typical rv dealership nor are they your typical sales people. Months after my sale she followed up with personal cards and checked in with me on health concerns. They are awesome people and could not ask for more. Bridgette prevented me from throwing my money away down the road at another dealership that was not worthy of my business. I would drive across the USA to only buy an rv from these folks. I have nothing but the utmost positive things to say including their other staff in the shop whom were outstanding including their inventory. They were so good to me I tipped Cruze a virtually brand new rv cover I had previously paid $600.00 for. You will never need to buy another rv else where I assure you. I drove almost 3 hours to this dealership and would drive across the country to do it all over again. They do know what is best for you and what you really need and what is best for you. Trust them put yourself in their hands they will more than exceed your expectations. If you buy another rv else where, all I can say is Caveat Emptor which means buyer beware in Latin.

What a fantastic place to do business. We had been looking for a motorhome for over a year, and had visited numerous dealerships in Oregon and Washington. From the first moment we met with Bridgette we felt comfortable. There was no high pressure; she really got to know us, and asked about our wants and needs in a unit. She showed us the best Appleway had to offer based on that information. The prices were super competitive and the selection was great. We bought our motorhome that day based on our experience with Bridgette. When we later met with the service department for the walk through on the unit, we were equally impressed. Very thorough. I highly recommend Appleway RV if you are in the market for an RV.

In the spring of 2016 Bridgette sold us our new Forest River Vibe while working at another local dealership and our buying experience there was amazing. This last December we took our unit into that dealership for warranty work. After the unit was there for 4+ months, we picked it up and found that only about 40% of what was wrong got address or fixed 1/2 *** at best. The service manager didnt have the time of day to talk about it. After asking several questions, we realized that Bridgette and Brian, the prior service manager no longer worked there. Well now, that explained A LOT of why our visit was not pleasant.
Fast forward a few months, our son was looking for a 5th wheel for his work. I dug through my things and found Bridgette's number. Within a few days, Bridgette had a Grand Design and the deal was signed, sealed and delivered. She then took us to the service department to introduce us and where Brian was working in the service department. Yahoo!
They have both earned our business! Not only will the Grand Design have the service and warranty work done there, but so will our Forest River Vibe. The knowledge they have is amazing and their dedication is second to none.

I would like to take a moment to tell about my experience with Appleway RV. My wife and I stopped in to look at travel trailers one day and Bridgette came out to greet us and showed us several of the travel trailers that met our wants and needs. From the start we knew we had found that friendly store to help us with our camping needs. Bridgette is a wonderful smiling face young lady that my wife and I fell in love with from the start. No pressure and full of information. We went home and struggled with several issues on our end (shop length) and she was so eager to help in any way she could. We ended up ordering a new 25 foot Kodiak w/two slides. From the owner, finance man, to the shop set up man. We cant say enough about how good they all made us feel. Such a sweetheart she is. Thank you all for making our purchase, one we are so happy about. We wish you all the success one could have.

We don't normally have an opportunity to write such a review because true customer service does not seem to mean much anymore to most companies. We would like to take this opportunity to tell everyone about what Appleway RV has done for us so they know if they get in a bind they have one dealer who will truly take care of them.

We purchased our first RV in Marietta, Georgia and drove it to Spokane Valley which is where we lived for many years previously. We stayed the first night at ***, as we were too early to check into our campground. As we opened the slide out, we noticed a very loud grinding sound when we engaged the motor. The following day the slide would not power in so we called an RV Service company to help move the slide in and move to the campground.
After checking in, we began making calls to RV Service companies. We called seven different companies for quotes and of the seven, only four bothered to show up. They supplied quotes but non of them agreed on what the problem was and as such, our quotes varied greatly.
We met a gentleman at the campground that knew the owner of Appleway RV personally and suggested we call them. I called Mike's cell phone and he was out of town but asked our location and said he would have two of his mechanics at our location at 8:00am the following day. They were there on time and diagnosed the problem. They returned to their shop and called me with the repair price, parts list, length of time it would take and a date we could bring it it. I called the insurance company and found out the price was in line, so called Appleway RV and authorized them to order the parts. The parts arrived and were installed and the slide out worked flawlessly.

While we were in Spokane over the summer we decided to purchase a larger motorhome from a dealer in Idaho and we again brought it to Appleway RV right after purchasing it as there was a considerable amount of warranty work that needed to be completed. They did what they could for items that did not need parts and we were limited on time as we were leaving for Arizona in 2 days. All stuff of which the selling dealer should have never let it go out that way... Appleway supplied us with a list several dealers to take care of the rest while we were in Arizona and even tracked down all the parts numbers for the dealers. Sadly while were in Arizona, the dealers did not want to do the work as they did not sell us the RV. Nobody had a vested interest in helping us.
Once again we called on Appleway RV. We drove 1500 miles back to Spokane Valley to ensure that we were dealing with the most qualified RV repair business that we were personally aware of. All the items were there, all the repairs were made quickly and they are the nicest most professional people I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
We thank the entire staff especially Mike S, Mike O, and Cruz S fro making our return trip to Spokane Valley worth the time and dollars, and above all a safe trip back to Georgia.
