Good morning MsK [redacted] – Kindly accept this email in response to the complaint received by our office regarding MsJ [redacted] , a current resident at Southwood Apartments located at [redacted] , GA ***For your files, MsJ [redacted] ’s unit was treated on the following dates: · 02/14/2017· 02/24/2017· 03/14/2017· 05/09/2017· 07/11/2017· 08/15/ü September pest control schedule for the unit: (notification/preparation details will be provided)09/12/– general treatment09/22/– general treatment09/29/– clean out Additional treatment schedules:· All units are on a quarterly rotation· 2nd Tuesday for regular service· 4th Friday for clean outs· Upon request by the resident Over the counter treatments unfortunately are counterproductive to the professional treatment regimen - resident are advised to refrain from using these methodsResidents also have a responsibility to keep the office abreast of concerns to ensure together we working to resolve the issue in a timely and productive manorIf we can be of further assistance, please let me knowThank you – D [redacted] M [redacted] P [redacted] Resident Relations ManagerPK Management, LLC

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
Although, management may have dates and times of pest contol it has not worked. Over the past years that I have had my apartment I have seen no decrease in the number of rodents in my apartment with using pest control provided by the complex. Clean-outs and spraying have not made a difference at all. I have had my own professional exterminator to review the situation and they state more needs to be done by pest control due to the severity of the infestation than just spraying and clean-outs;along with the fact, it's the whole unit and not just my apartment.  This in no way resloves this matter. If the pest control services they used were working I wouldn't have roaches, moreoverly, there would be a decrease in roaches and there would be no need for my complaint. There has been no decrease with the use of their pest control service. Again, my resolution would be to move me to a rodent free apartment within the complex or eriadicate the roaches in my current apartment. Regards,

This email is in response to the complaint received by our office on February 23, 2016 regarding Ms. [redacted] at [redacted] Apartments located at [redacted] Drive, [redacted], SC 29306.  Below please see each concern indicated in the complaint with a plan to remedy.  Once the...

roof repairs causing the leaks are completed on Thursday, February 25, 2016, weather permitting and deemed successful within approximately 10-15 days the following additional repairs will commence. Repairs to ceiling in Ms. [redacted]’s apartment – work to be completed the week of March 7, 2016 Building entry ceiling repairs – work to be completed the week of March 7, 2016 Additional concerns:Smoke detector – battery was replaced Wednesday, February 24, 2016 Kitchen faucet –  will be replaced on Thursday, February 25, 2016 Housekeeping/pest control inspection – successfully completed on January 19, 2016, the delay was due to scheduling conflicts Notice of additional rent requested – a system error, no additional monies are due  Since the complaint was received by our office the Property Manager as well as the Regional Manager have spoken to Ms. [redacted]. We explained our plan to remedy all concerns including timelines associated with the repairs needed – Ms. [redacted] was pleased with our plan and we apologize for any inconvenience these situations have caused.  We asked Ms. [redacted] to stop by the property office Thursday, February 25, 2016 to pick up a token of our appreciation for her patience and continue residency at [redacted] Apartments.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However there was only one call from PK Property Management yesterday which I answered and spoke to [redacted]. She started they would send refund in a week to the address listed yesterday to the address I put on the application.In any case thanks for your help in getting this resolved.
