Review: This company gave me a price for my repair of my fridge and then called me back and said that because they did not feel that they were going to be making any money that they were increasing the cost $100.00 dollars more that what I was told I would be charged. The part was $200.00 and I already paid them $40.00 for the service call that they said would be deducted from the repair. The first call I was told it would cost 240.00 then they called back and said it would be $340.00. and they are not deducting the $40.00 for that I paid initially. [redacted] is the Owner is of Appliance Brothers is a crook.Desired Settlement: I want my $40.00 dollars dollars refunded that I paid him.

I did give a misquote on the price of repairing the customers Appliance which I did attempt to honor the original price that I first gave the customer. She however refused the original price. Cursed me out along with many threats to my company name as well as my life. She also cursed my girlfriend and threatened her life as well the next day when she attempted to resolve the issue. I have tried to be civil with my customer and I feel threatened to even contact her anymore. I also am very tempted to call authority and press charges on her for endangering my life with her threats.

We strive very hard to please each and every one of our customers. Our goal is to make a great name for our company and repair all of our customers appliances with warranty.

Review: THe guy [redacted] has been unprofessional brought a washer and dryer to us the whole time here he would keep his hands off of me and my mom.Kept trying to get my number also kept pinning my mom in the corner and trying to massage her and kept telling her to bind over when I was leaving he want me to follow him to the shop and of course I did no such thing he has brought 4 bad washer to us so he can keep coming to our house to sexual harasse us. Are washer the fourth one he brought still leaks but we don't want him in are house we are afraid of what he might do.We need washer replaced with a good one and he is not getting any more money until this is fixed.I believe he is paid in full but he say's we owe 120.00 for a tiny dryer.He did not even put a vent hose from the dryer to the wall. He put a soda cap to cover the hot water hole. But he brings junk washer so he can harass women that are alone.He also sent my mom into a panic attack.Also with it leaking can cause are wood floor to rot and mold.Desired Settlement: I want a good washer with a 90 day warranty and the 120.00 dropped for the dryer because we already paid 240.00 and have gone tru 4 leaking washer's.What we have is not worth 360.00 its an old washer he supposedly fixed.
