Review: This company was hired to repair our refrigerator. It was making noise and was not getting cold any more. The technician came into the house and looked at the unit. He said it needed a fan. then ordered the part. After replacing a fan unit, the refrigerator worked for les than a month, then failed. The technician returned, and without even opening the unit, said it needed both a fan and a heater, and he would get them ordered. He returned to replace the parts, and when he did, he then opened the unit, said neither of them needed to be replaced, and that he did not know how to fix it. However, this was weeks ago. We have called the company several times to find the status of the parts and repairs. We are told every time by the person who answers the phone that they do not know and they will have to get back to us. We have not had a working refrigerator for 3 weeks this time. The company never calls back. Additionally, even though the second invoice to us was for $200.56, they told us and accepted a check for $256. Please help us resolve this.Desired Settlement: I believe they should issue a refund of all monies paid to them. If they were not able to repair this type of unit then they could have said so from day one, and let us find a repairer who was qualified to do the job.

At the very least the company should repair the unit at no further cost to us.

On 11/6/2015 I called Appliance Center to come to my home and inspect my washing machine because the center cap needed to be replaced. They came on within 24 hours, inspected the washing machine and confirmed that it was just the center cap that needed to be replaced. I was told they technician would go back to the office and someone in the office would reach back out to me with how much the part cost. I was told by the technician that the part would probably take 4-6 weeks. So when I didn't get a call in a few days, I assumed the part was cheap so they continued to order it instead of confirm with me prior. 2 months went by and still no phone call or anything... in the meantime, they cashed my $49.00 check 4 days after I wrote it... I called numerous times asking for a refund, I was told the check was cut and being placed in the mail. Now I cant get the company to even pick up the phone to get my money back. In the meantime, my center cap still needed to be replaced and I had to use another means of getting it fixed.
