Do not ever use this businessThis is the rudest, most unprofessional, worst company I have ever encountered After not returning several calls from my landlord, I finally scheduled an appointment to fix my washer on Saturday from 1-3p No show, no call I called both numbers, no return call I call on Monday morning and a woman told me the scheduler would return my call in 5-minutes hours later I call back and talk to a man who offers me an appointment time days later As it is tough to skip work and be home for someone who doesn't show up, I ask for an explanation of why he didn't show on Saturday He replied "no one wants to hear you about that.' I asked to talk to someone else who could help me understand the issue, and he hung up on me Wow Amazing someone so rude and unprofessional is allowed to be in a service business

Be Forewarned, this guy is a thief. Hire at your own risk! I wish we read the reviews BEFORE we hired him. Our Refrigerator broke down and we call this guy to do the repairs. When completed, he charged us $350.00 for labor and replacement parts. He ONLY accepts cash (this should have been a warning sign). The very next day our machine broke down once again. We called him and was told he was on his way. He NEVER showed. This went on for 3 days! We finally hired a company with an A+ rating and they told us that whoever touched for machine didn't know what they were doing!
