Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved Sincerely, [redacted] I sincerely appreciate the business owner's willingness to make the exchange As agreed, I will gladly pay the shipping He did call me and said he would replace the box spring so I am hopeful the issue will be resolved satisfactorily I also would like to state that when he said he gave me the low profile I did not realize it was supposed to be 1/inches instead of until I looked on line at other mattresses I know he has been in business here in Bayside for many years and does have a good reputation I am really sorry but I feel he should have been more specific.Thank you for your help in getting the matter resolved[redacted]
