I apologized for the mistake and I just needed to confirm that the part was going to be delivered before I scheduled the call. As soon as I was able to confirm that I got them scheduled asap. This was a home warranty job so the only amount that was supposed to be paid was the 65 dollar service fee....

Mistakes happen and I did my best to remedy the situation.

We were referred to this company for services, our dryer needed repairs by our home warranty company. They were very professional and maintained proper communication with us. They provided a day for service, they followed up with it. When the parts were not in stock and were in back order they when out of their way to find them, they contacted us with a ETA of when the job will be completed. Today it is working fine. The people that I spoke with were always correct, respectful and friendly. It was a delight dealing with them.

I would recommend them to a friend.
