This is a long time coming but I am finally giving Nick credit where credit is due. My wife and I remodeled our kitchen 4 years ago and bought some very high end appliances from Nick and his team. We had problems from day 1 with the oven not preheating above 350-375. We had over 6 service calls during the first 11 months, which Nick did not know about. The warranty was 12 months and the manufacturer would not help us anymore and told us that the warranty was expiring and they were happy to be done with us. I called Nick and within 24 hours of our conversation he had a new oven being shipped to his office for us. The oven was replaced thanks to Nick as the manufacturer was not going to help us, but he got it done for us.
