Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/02/03) */ Customer purchased appliances on 12/31/Her complaint was called into us on Feb,01, stating that the dryer had stopped heatingWe explained that the dryer would need to be brought back to the shop to be retestedWe have a day on parts & year on labor warrantyIt's printed on the front of the receipt & explained on the back in full detail(Please see the attached warranty which every customer receives.) We have been open for over years and have never done in home service or warranty workAll of our receipts are printed on the front in bold and red print "IN STORE" Warranty, Must bring APPLIANCE & RECEIPT back to the store for repairsWe told the customer to bring the dryer back to the store and we would take a look at it FREE of charge as per our warrantyThey think our policy is unfair and that we should make an exception for themALL REPAIRS ARE DONE HERE IN OUR SHOPAll of our appliances are tested and repaired here at our shop prior to purchaseWE DO NOT DO IN HOME REPAIRS but would be perfectly happy to take a look at this customers appliance here at our shop as per our warranty

This customer did indeed purchase appliances from our store and payed to have them deliveredThe appliance's were delivered on January The customer called on January saying that the washer was not functioning properlyWe
explained at that time that the washer had to come back to the shop to be checked out by the our teckThe customer has a warranty on the appliances they bought, that warranty is explained in the store and also printed on the front and back of their receiptThe washer in question has days on parts and months on laborIt is also an in store warrantyAny and all repairs are done here at the shopWe stand behind all of our appliances and will repair, replace, or buy back any appliance we sellThis is done in that order and at our discretion
The customer never brought the washer in to be looked at or repairedThen on March the customer called and demanded that we send them out our tech to repair their appliance or come out and pick up all appliances and give them a full refundI explained to them again that this was not an option and that the appliance would need to come back to the shop to be checked out
Needless to say the customer was not happy with the answer or our warrantyThey then said that none on the appliances had worked for the days that they had owned them and had been just making them work and dealing with itCustomer wanted to get all appliances back here and get a full refund for themI again explained what the warranty was and what their and our roll was in that
Now April customer calls the shop and uses foul language to describe me the owner and called my wife the big C word on the phone and hung up before leaving his nameCaller ID and the Facebook message left he left makes it pretty easy to ID this fine individual
This is an unfortunate situation that everyone is involved inWe do stand behind our repairs and our productsThese appliances are used when we get them and we do all we can to fix them and make them run correctIf something gets by us or goes out after the sale we stand behind it for days on all parts and a full year on any labor after thatThis customer for some reason does not understand that this warranty is for all of our customersThey demanded that they be set in a special category and get services that we do not offerWe do not have or offer any kind of in home services, Nor do we let our customers keep our appliances for days + days (days total) and then get their money back because they changed their minds and don't like or warranty
We would have worded on the washer if it had come back to the shopWe would of fixed it, swapped it out or bought it backWhat ever it took to make it right with the customerThis option was taken away from us to make it right, and now demands cash for their troubles, slander and profanity against our business and our selves
This is a customer that has tried to purchase used appliances at discount prices and demand brand new pieces and a special warrantyWhen this did not work they have gone to threats, profanity, and personal attacksWe try to work with all of our customer to right any errors or answer any concerns that might arise after a saleThis customer can not be helped

This response does not at all address the concern of the fire hazard and the terrible wiring and how many appliances this business has done this too
I myself did no such thing to use profanity and issue threatsI am in the legal field and try to be respectfulFurther if matters cannot be resolved this can be taken to small claims court

parts & 1 year on labor warranty. It's printed on the front of the receipt & explained on the back in full detail. (Please see the attached warranty which every customer receives.) We have been open for over 5 years and have never done in home service or warranty work. All of our receipts are printed on the front in bold and red print "IN STORE" Warranty, Must bring APPLIANCE & RECEIPT back to the store for repairs.
