After months of trying to get this issue fixed we are happy to report the washing machine is workingWe hope it continues to workAppliance Desk did make arrangements to work with the local Appliance Company to resolve the problem

We have tried refunding money into Customer Credit Card multiple times but there was Technical Error processing his refund. So as informed to the customer, we mailed him a Check (Check Conf# [redacted]L) through our Bank ([redacted] bank) in last week itself. Normally it takes 8-10 business days to reach...

the check to the customer. I have attached the copy of the online check created for your reference. We ship out many parts everyday & issue refunds in time however sometimes it takes longer to resolve issues due to some technical errors.Please get back to us if you need some more information about it.

We will go ahead and send a replacement unit to the customer. This would take 5-7 days for the customer receive the unit.

We have resolved the issue with the tech and the appointment has been fixed for Monday November 7, 2016. Also the parts that the customer has are the correct one. RegardsJeromey

[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Twice, in the past a visit was scheduled and then was cancelled due to no payment method and/or lack of communication from Appliance Desk. .  I will respond,  hopefully positively,  after November 7. The part we received does not appear to be the correct one. Again,  after the technician arrives he will be able to verify this on November 7th.

Hi,
We have checked the case history in our system & found that we did ship out required parts to the customer but unfortunately there was some wiring issue with the machine which is usually difficult to resolve. So we offered a brand new machine with $300 discount under trade...

At present we agree to issue a check of $100 immediately. we would also like to send 2 Boxes of [redacted] (5 lbs each) to the customer.
Waiting to hear back about further course of action.

Appointment has been set up with the tech to install on the motor on Monday. If the issue does not get resolved we would replace the unit for the customer.

We would go ahead and replace the unit for the customer. Installation and Un-installation is not covered under warranty so we would not be covering that. Also the customer can field scrap the old unit.
