We would go ahead and replace the unit for the customer. Installation and Un-installation is not covered under warranty so we would not be covering that. Also the customer can field scrap the old unit.

Hi,We have checked the case history in our system & found that we did ship out required parts to the customer but unfortunately there was some wiring issue with the machine which is usually difficult to resolveSo we offered a brand new machine with $discount under trade in plan.At present we agree to issue a check of $immediatelywe would also like to send Boxes of [redacted] (lbs each) to the customer.Waiting to hear back about further course of action
