We have tried refunding money into Customer Credit Card multiple times but there was Technical Error processing his refundSo as informed to the customer, we mailed him a Check (Check Conf# [redacted] L) through our Bank ( [redacted] bank) in last week itselfNormally it takes 8-business days to reach the check to the customerI have attached the copy of the online check created for your referenceWe ship out many parts everyday & issue refunds in time however sometimes it takes longer to resolve issues due to some technical errors.Please get back to us if you need some more information about it
