We have no record of a second repair for this homeowner.  There are several other companies in the area with very similar names and we may have gotten crossed up there.  Thanks...

demonstrates the. Imports lack of customer service focus as well as accountability.  Clearly I knew which Appliance doctor I was contacting and I have the phone records to prove it.  I have now been without a functioning washer since August 17th, 2016.  I have two boys 11 and 13 both in club sports and am a single parent. To date I've had to send washing out to be done over 22 times in order to keep up. The brash disregard for my situation as an existing customer is unconscionable.  Appliance Doctors, Inc. Pima road needs to address this open issue and resolve it.

Hello this was sent 10/17.  The repair we completed is has nothing to do with the homeowners current failure. We were not contacted regarding the 2nd repair until another company had been to the home.  Thanks...

Review: On 8/8/2014 the company sent out a serviceman who diagnosed the problem with our Miele dishwasher. To repair it, it needs a new circulating pump, at a cost of $667. We paid an $80. consultation fee for the estimate to repair. We did check out the costs of having a new dishwasher installed. Admit we procrastinated quite a bit on this. finally my wife said enough - get it fixed. I called around the end of November and asked if they could fix it for any less cost? they did call back and said the service person who came up with the estimate, said it cannot be done at any less cost. I called in a few days, and gave her the go-ahead. The lady said it will take about 5 days to get the parts, etc., and then they would call for an appointment. Didn't hear anything - I don't remember if I called back, but got a message on my cell phone, when we were on the way out of town for Christmas, and the message was not coming in clear on the cell, but I did understand part of what was said, to the effect that the service man, that gave the estimate of repair, was no longer with the company. We came back after Christmas and I called them to see where we're going with this - they have never called me back.

I don't want to call another company - I just want resolution to this. The have serviced this dishwasher twice before, on 4/13/2011, and 8/26/2011.

I am not sure [redacted] is the owner of Appliance Doctors Inc.,but if he is not only should he try another profession,he needs to seek professional help for his temper,his out right and blatant lying,and maybe learn some basic customer service.Without a doubt,no question,he needs help.He lied about a repair at my house,he lied about leaving paperwork in regards to said repair,and is very temperamental when confronted with questions about what,when,and how Repairs are made,simple explanation of what was done,what parts were used,and where is my repair/work order,or a simple recap of work performed.This company,and this tech/owner was sent to my house to repair my Maytag washer through AHS home warranty company,I have never had a bad experience with AHS until now.Seven phone messages,2 emails is what it took to get his response.I cannot recommend Appliance Doctors Inc.,if Parker is indeed the owner then it's time to close shop,get some help for yourself ....!

Poor customer service with a vindictive attitude. I was forced to use this company by my home insurance policy. They sent out a repair person to fix my dishwasher who seemed unfamiliar with the brand. He spent most of his time reading the maunual on the item and finally put in a packet of dishwasher cleaner, started the unit and left without waiting to see if anything had improved (which it did not). I complained to the company about the poor service and the owner decided he would did not want to continue providing repair services. HOWEVER the owner calls me back a week later and makes and appointment to send back the same repairman who was not able to repair the unit the first time. Three and a half hours AFTER the repairman was scheduled to arrive the company calls the home insurance company and tells them (not me) that they are not interested in providing service. The have never responded to my calls or emails concerning this incident. I have subsequently found out that they are not even listed on the brand website as an authorized repair service!
