TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:This is the first I have heard about this, my name is Toni, I am in Salt Lake, the customer is more than welcome to contact meIf they would like to take the freezer in I will have it repaired, if we cannot repair it, I will certainly try to work something out ###-###-####

[redacted] , My name is Russ T [redacted] with Appliance Exchange of Utah. I am sorry to hear that you have had a poor experience with this company. It is my job to insure... that an adequate resolution is made. I have been attempting to investigate your claim however, I am in need of your assistance, please. After examining the books and sales records from the Amelia Earhart location. I can’t find and sales records for that date under yours or and name. Additionally, there were no sales for exactly that amount. There were several items mentioned in the complaint that alleged that are contrary to this company’s standard operating procedures. Therefore, could you identify or describe who you dealt with. Do you have a copy of your warranty agreement? Method and proof of purchase, repair receipts from your independent repairman, his business card, credentials, and any emails sent etc. Also, who delivered the fridge to you? The Appliance Exchange of Utah does not deliver and employees know and can provide the number of an independent contractor that will do deliveries separately from Appliance Exchange. If Injustice was done to you then I will ensure that it has been rectified. I thank you in advance for your assistance in verifying these allegations. If cannot come to a mutual agreement, the Appliance Exchange of Utah is willing to agree to binding arbitration through the BBB.

Customer was called and a full refund was issued on 2/28/2018.

###-###-####...

My name is Toni, During the time the stove in question was delivered I was not at the shop.  A few day later I received a call from Krista G[redacted] and informed her I was at the hospital with my husband who had heart problems. I also informed her I would try to find her a knob.  I sent...

pictures of the knobs I had located later.  When she called back I was back at the hospital with my husband who had be admitted and had a 4 day stay. She was upset I could not check better on the knobs as I was not at the shop. At that point I told her she could return the range for a full refund, she did no. Her Husband who was very polite came in twice and looked for knobs which he took a couple to try.  I also informed him they could bring the range back for a refund but he said he was going to make it work.  The last time her husband came to the shop he took a couple of knobs again. At that time my husband and another employee was there to witness how polite he was and he was hopeful that the knob he took would work he also said they were selling the house and believed they had it under contract, this was two weeks ago.  I only heard from Mrs. G[redacted] Friday July 10th, wanting to return the range, I informed her at this time also that if she could get the range back to us I would give her a full refund.  She started screaming and told me I had ruined her life over a knob and that she wanted a full refund and money back for the delivery, however I had her on speaker phone with my employee stand by to witness the fact I did not scream or raise my voice with her.  Never have we talked about the return or money for her old range. I would gladly give her the cost of the range as we sent it to the scrap metal because it was in bad condition.  We inform all our customers we do not pickup or deliver.  I have names of people who will deliver but they do not work for us and we do not get any of the proceeds from the delivery. I also inform customers they can pick the item up at a later date if they need time to find a truck. I am sorry she is having problems but any business would require the product be brought back to the store for a refund. If you have any further questions you are more then welcome to contact me.  Toni: [redacted].  One more thing I would like to add before I end is I have read the same complaint one Google. We Sell Used Appliance not New. Thanks

Proof of purchase attached. Thanks!
