Review: I called to get my refridgerator repaired on an urgent basis and their web site says "same day service." They showed up later that day and I was told the refridgerator coil was dirty. The technician then cleaned it thoroughly and I was charged $175. I asked if he was "sure" this was the problem. He told me "yes" and the refridgerator would be working in 4-12 hours. The next morning it wasn't working. I called at 8 am and was told we'd hear back from the technician by 10 am. He didn't call. I then called at 11 am and was told I'd hear back in five minutes. An hour later when I called again, I finally got a call back. The technician told me today was his "day off" and he could come back the next day. The person answering the phone at the company said they had no technicians available today to come out. So I'm out $175, the refridgerator isn't working, and despite their claims of "same day service," on their web site, it turns out that isn't true either.Desired Settlement: I'd like my money back. The repair didn't work and I was told it would.

Regards,
Review: I made an appointment to have a tech from Appliance Expert (MD) look at my washer machine. My issue was that the dial would get stuck in cycle and would not progress to the next cycle without manual adjustment. That was my complaint which is clearly stated on the work order. When the Tech arrived he did a visual check of the washer, he then pushed in the dial, pulled out the dial, and turned the dial, and immediately began prying off the front panel of the washer. He stuck his head and his flashlight into the washer. At this point I am unable to see what he is doing. About 2-3 minutes later he turned the washer on and it started to make a very loud, disturbing metal-on- metal screeching noise which I have never heard before until that moment (I did 3 loads on the previous Sunday and many Sundays prior and had never heard this noise). The tech thought that maybe it was because the washer was empty so I added a load of towels and the noise continued. The tech then stuck his head back under the washer and 2-3minutes later determined that my transmission was the problem (a $500.00 repair) and attributed it to wear and tear. The only fact that remains is that my washer was not making that noise prior to him prying off the front panel and evaluating my washer. When I asked the tech why he didnt run the washer prior to him pulling off the panel he smirked and said "it would take 2 hrs for that" and "I do this for a living I know washer machines". He then asked how would you like to pay for your service fee???
When I called the office to speak to the manager I was told by Rep 1 that Mgr 1, the manager would not be in until 7pm. I called at 7pm and Mgr 1 answered the phone and told me that he was not the manager and that the manager had called out for the day and was named Mgr 2. So I called back on Monday and Rep 2 answered the phone and I asked to speak with the manager and he said that the manager would not be in until 7pm I then asked what the managers name was and he told me Mgr 1. I said funny I spoke to Mgr 1 last night and he told me that the managers name was Mgr 2. Rep 2 then back peddled and said "well we have multiple shift managers" , so I asked for the last name of Mgr 2 and Rep 2 said "I'm not sure", at that point, I asked for the address to the business, Rep 2 then stated that the manager would have to provide that information to me.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to repair my washer to its previous condition at no charge. If they are unable to correct the noise I would like them to pay for a suitable replacement.
