MrCl*** is not taking responsibiloity for not being honest with the costomerHe told me that he had ordered the compressor and that he would get me the order #He did not get back to me nor has he answered my calls or textIf he was aware of LG not allowing him to receive the parts, why did he agree to do the repairIf he would have been honest, and called me to say he hadn't ordered the parts and couldn't, I wouldn't have been been without a working refrigerator all this time

that time [redacted] the owner had told me no more paper receipts to do it all wireless. It was the offices jo. To email a receipt . Further more I did speak with LG or Samsung about getting the parts and they said I was not one Of there otherized service tech's ,so I would not be able to complete job. I am very sorry that I could not help anymore with this person. This is to be investigated more I believe, because I was just the tech. Appliance fix it all .com is not ready for business . I Shawn C[redacted] as a tech did my job. This was for [redacted] appliance repair and a.c. to finish. I went different paths because I seen this coming. [redacted] appliance repair and a.c. got the call and sent it to me . We split 50/50 on all call parts and labor. Also I did my part by going and letting them know what was wrong. When I stopped working for Isaac he knew about this job and said he would have one of his tech's follow up on it. Please let me know what I can do to help, I'm always go the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy and there appliance is working. Please also understand that doing warrtery work for LG or Samsung is tottaly different from normal repairs. LG will have people waiting 6 months for repairs. Once again I'm sorry I got myself involed working for that company and will help any way that I can. Please also understand I now will be making a complaint with Revdex.com, for [redacted] appliance repair and a.c. not only for this job but many other jobs and reasons.
