Company responded via phone as follows:Consumer purchased a recliner on 3-4- The consumer's contract states if he paid the chair in full within the first days the cost would be $The price of the chair if not paid would be $ Consumer continued to make payments and
the day period ended The consumer continued to make payments for months His last payment was April 4, at which time, he was told he had more payments Consumer became upset at this point and was rude to MsL*** He was stating he was getting ripped off MsL*** tried to tell the consumer he had payments left to make but he left the store

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The company responded via phone:When a consumer rents from the business, they receive a copy of all paperwork that is signed.  This way they know the cash price and the rental agreement price.  The company is willing to waive the remainder of the consumer's balance and have requested the consumer no longer do business with them.
