Delivery date missedTime changed and missed againNo phone contact from company for daysI drove to company date set and missed again I purchased washer and dryer 3/for AM delivery on 3/Called around 3PM on 3/I was told delivery truck had issue delivery would be later sameI called back on 3/around 4:the phone was not answeredI called 2-times on 3/the phone went to voice mail each timeI went to the warehouse on 4/I was told I would receive a call by AM on 4/to schedule deliveryI went back to the warehouse around 1PM on 4/and asked for a refundI was told I couldn't receive a refundThe item was delivered dirty, and damagedThe warehouse can pick it up and refund my money as requested
On July 19, 2016, I visited the store and worked with [redacted] (manager) and identified a GE side by side stainless steel refrigerator that I was quoted $+ $delivery feeI was advised that the unit would be set aside and marked with my name I made a deposit of $towards the costI Went back on July 29, and make an additional payment of $I went on August 5, to pay the remaining $and arrange a delivery date The refrigerator was not longer on the premisesI was not contacted to advise of any issueI was told that freon leaked out of the unitI asked why I was never contacted and they had no replyThey advised they scrapped the unit I requested a refund of my $that I paid to on the spotThey advised they were not giving refunds and I needed to find a different item in the store There was not other stainless steel refrigerator that I wantedThey advised they had some other units they were going to test and call to advise when I can
