To whom this may concern,

I am desperate seeking help. My fiancé (a female) and a mother of an 8 yr old works for [redacted] of South Setauket, NY. A contractor John R[redacted] has come in over the past few months making sexual comments to her, making advances and followed her home( this is all proven in police report that is going to court). John R[redacted] took it one step further and grabbed my finances butt on camera. This all happened on shift. After she made a scene because she was forcibly touched he left. She is taking him to court, but [redacted] still allows him in the store. He comes in and makes comments to her still and makes her so uncomfortable that she is terrified to go to work. A management employee Maria M[redacted] said that " this isn't the first time he put his hands on someone, we won't kick him out of the store". How can this be safe or legal? The next step this man will take is rape or murder. I need help to get [redacted] to protect their employee and my fiancé.

I am writing this out of desperation and as a last resort. Please help.
