On July 7, 2017, we tried to contact Mr*** to advise that after reviewing the history of events, we have agreed to waive the charge of $for the second repair visit and cease all collections effortsWe also sent an email to the address we have on file (***@yahoo.com) stating the

Dupont WA, 98327   We received your letter dated June 27th, 2017 on July 3, 2017 regarding the following Complaint.   Customer Information: [redacted]

[redacted]   Complaint Background: Product/Service: Whirlpool Range/Repair   Desired Settlement: Complete Service Repair   Mr. [redacted] was disatisfied with the fact that Whirlpool no longer makes the original burner. Therefore, the one we received from the manufacturer is the replacement for the original burner. Appliance Hospital does not sell appliances nor do we manufacture parts. We are a 3rd party service company hired by Whirlpool to perform warranty repairs. We follow the instructions given by their technical support. They have advised us that the "Mix-Matched" burners are the only ones available for this product. They have also advised that in order to repair the unit, we should replace the temp control switch. Our position is that we will be more than happy to install the parts sent by the manufacturer to us. In order to do this, Mr. [redacted] will need to contact Whirlpool Customer Care to have a dispatch created for us to come out and effect repairs on the range. If Mr [redacted] is not satisfied with the the "mix-matched" burners, then he will need to contact Whirlpool Customer Care to see if they can provide a resolution.   Sincerely,   Scott D[redacted]   Branch Manager [redacted]@appliancehospital.com
