Review: I bought a bundled purchase recently of refrigeator, dryer, and washer. [redacted], the store owner spoke highly of his products and his re conditioning experience of making them like new. The heater worked twice and started emitting cold air. After several tries with different controls no heat, called the owner he asked several questions on date of purchase, he suggested turning the circuit breaker on and off since he said he couldnt anything for that day (60 day warranty of parts and service ) the suggestion didn't work and I called back to schedule he told me the earliest time was three days after between 3-6 ! I told him to please let me know in advance since its a work week and I can try to have someone to let him in! He never showed up or called and when I called the store after work no answer. I personally came to his store the next day on a break to find out what happened and he fumbled through his paperwork saw that I indeed had an appointment and claimed his work truck broke down and he was fixing it all day. He scheduled me two days after to come with certain on 8/7between 3-6! I called the store on the scheduled day and his colleague answered I asked to relay the I left the garage door open just in case I couldn't make it in time ! [redacted] came with a note saying that he will find a heater the next day to fix the dryer. I had plans on 8/8 with the kids when I came home I saw his business card! I called at 8/9 to ask why he didn't call or confirm that he was coming on Saturday to fix it , he claimed I gave him a wrong number and that he left a note ! I explained that the note didn't state that and gave him my correct number! He rebutted back stating that he came twice and I wasn't home and that he tried several times to call me but I gave him the wrong number ! Before I can speak he hanged up ! I called him back and he said im not going to argue and said that he will check tomorrow if he has a scheduled time ! I texted him stating that this is a priority and I will submit a claim with Revdex.comDesired Settlement: I want a up to date history of his business, investigation of his products, and license. He hanged up and texted me back after my message about submitting a claim stating that "he is done with me and do what you need to do I don't have time for this and I am the one in remission from cancer, im not doing anything" ( summary of the several texts ) I hope he can practice better customer service and investigation of his products so that he will not sell a lemon to other consumers.

Review: I bought a used dryer from them and paid cash they would not accept any other form of payment so I should have been suspicious. Nonetheless I bought the dryer and had it delivered. After they delivered it I tried the dryer and it didn't work so I called them and they came out to fix it after I argued with them to do so. The guy shows up and the motor is bad, not something little but the motor. I requested to replace the dryer and again I have to [redacted] them to do so. They bring another dryer to replace it. They show up 3 hours late and again the dryer doesn't work so they take it back. When the delivery dryer is removing the dryer he pushes it down the stairs of my apartment and damages the wall. So I ask for a refund and they tell me no. That's it end of discussion, they took my old dryer so they made money there and I have to fix the wall out of my own pocket and I still ended up with nothing.I have a receipt with a guarantee but apparently that means nothing. I am incredibly frustrated and out 200 dollars.Desired Settlement: I would like either a full refund or something back to minimalize my losses.

Review: Bought stackable washer/dryer with 60 day warranty on 11-17, had to wait to use it till manager had dryer vent installed. tried it on 12-3...the washer filled with water and shut off. I called Appliance-Is on 12-5 they said they'd send someone out, no one ever came. I called again on 12-12...today is 12 -23...still nothing. We are wasting alot of money using the laundry room while waiting for them.Desired Settlement: For them to fix it in a timely manner(extend warranty), replace it in a timely manner(with warranty)or a refund of money. Possibly compensate money lost using laundry facilities.

Review: Was sold a used refrigerator that was not working, refused to give refund.

Purchased a used 25 CF Kitchen Aid refrigerator on April 19, 2013 for $315 cash(including $20 tax & $20 delivery). It appeared to be clean & in good condition except for one broken door shelf. Refrigerator was delivered April 20. It was not plugged in at delivery because the circuit breaker had to be replaced for that plug. After delivery it was realized that the linoleum was damaged when they pushed the refrigerator back, upon opening the back cover to underneath the refrigerator we found that the wheels were damaged to the point of not rolling. Also the coils and motor, etc were covered with dirt. It was obvious the area had never been cleaned.

When the refrigerator was plugged in the motor was extremely loud and after a few hours it stopped working. On April 23 I called and reported the problem, a technician came out the following day and said it needed a condenser. The refrigerator could not be picked up the following day because their delivery truck was down so it was picked up on April 26. I explained that I needed it ASAP as we were preparing the house for our daughter and her family who are traveling from out of state & would be arriving within the week. I was promised a 3 day turn around. Four days later after not hearing from them I called to check the status, they said their technician had been sick so it would be another day. On May 1 they said it was repaired & they were going to run & test it overnight & it would be delivered the following morning on May 2. On May 2 they called & said their delivery truck was down again but expected it to be repaired by the afternoon and would deliver it then. I told them this had gone on long enough and if it was not delivered by the end of that day I needed a refund so I could find another refrigerator as time was running out before my daughter's arrival. At about 4:00 pm that day, I received a VM message saying they didn't get their truck back in time and if I wanted a refund I needed to talk to the [redacted], I was provided his phone number.

I called the [redacted] to request the refund, he refused saying they had just fixed it for me. I explained that had the refrigerator been cleaned and repaired to sell to begin with we would not have had this problem. It was obvious that it was sold to me without anything done to it since they received it. 1. Damage wheels that damaged the kitchen floor, 2. filthy coils and motor that had not been cleaned and 3. a bad condenser. His response was, "I'm through talking to you" and he hung up on me.

The following morning I received a call saying they were getting ready to deliver the refrigerator. My husband and I decided to let them deliver it as we were being pressed for time for our daughter's arrival, but he was prepared to inspect it thoroughly and refuse delivery if it was not acceptable. He did refuse it, as he also realized the bottom plate under the door was also broken. He attempted to call the [redacted] to inform him. The [redacted] was rude and refused to give us our money back.

As a result, we've had no choice but to purchase a new refrigerator in order have one in time.Desired Settlement: I am requesting the full $315 to be refunded to me. I am requesting the delivery as well because I paid for delivery of merchandise that was not in any condition to be sold to begin with.

Review: I bought a fridge from them that did not work from the first time I plugged it in. They made an appointment to send their repair man out and he did not show up. When I called the repair man he said he had no intention of coming out. I took the fridge back and asked for a refund and was told they do not give refunds although that was not disclosed when I bought it and the receipt says refunds subject to managers approval right on it. The manager refused to let me talk to the owner and said my only option was to let their guy fix it. The repair man who had already lied to me was rude and looked like he had ben awake for a month so I dumped the fridge in their lot and left. My appliance came with a 60 day warranty and I brought it back in 11 daysDesired Settlement: give my money back
