I had an exceptional service provided by Joe today. I wish every company operates the way Appliance King of America does. Professional, knowledgable, honest and on time. Job well done, thank you!

OK, my dryer stopped working a couple days ago and I called them based on their rating and also that they had all of the services I am looking for. I was told they couldn't say if I can be put on the schedule for tomorrow between 3-6 but they would check when the schedule came out this morning and call me this afternoon. So I just called at 1:30pm after no one called me and no the schedule hasn't come out yet so someone would have to call me this afternoon. Well, I work and just cant leave at the last minute. I actually need to use vacation time to get approved to be off so I had to tell them forget it. I live in West Palm Beach and the company is in Boynton Beach so I asked again if this was going to be a problem. Neither woman sounded sure of this. So, bottom line is I have no one to fix my dryer and the entire site seems to be incorrect. They have it listed that they work Saturdays 9-3pm. Nope. It says 24 hour emergency service. Nope-only for fridges. Annual maintenance plans. Nope-not yet. Vent cleaning-nope-not on roof vents during the summer. Very disappointed. At least update your site. They may be great but I won't know.

We called Appliance King of America for a Kenmore washer repair. This business was recommended by users of www.nextdoor.com. The guys were very friendly and they came promptly to the house. The scheduling call for the appointment was good as well.

However, the diagnosis for the problem was wrong. The part was unavailable and they charged me a deposit for the part (Temperature sensor/electronic controller). They came today and the original part was not damaged but now another part (the timer) was damaged.

The second part is now more expensive, and their answer was "we are a GE distributor, we can offer you a new washer". This is unacceptable. If they did a wrong diagnostic the first time, they should repair the washer at their cost, and we should pay what the original quote for the repair was.

This is what we should expect from a trusted service company at least..

To date Appliance King has serviced three different appliances for me. In each case the issue was readily identified, the work reasonably priced. They came on time, were very personable and professional, worked quickly and efficiently, and left the work area neat and clean. They were terrific. Thank you, David and Ryan, I would highly recommend Appliance King and your service to anyone.

David promptly and on time delivered our new Speed Queen washer with the help of experienced installation technician, Ryan M. Both greeted me upon arrival wearing professional uniforms with their names embroidered on their shirts, ready to go to work. Less than 30 minutes later, installation done. Within 30 minutes, Sally called us to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction. It was and is. Now we can do the recommending they deserve.
